The goal of a personal trainer should NOT be to work a client to exhaustion.

However, they should feel a level of fatigue from placing stress on the muscles that were worked. There’s a difference.

You shouldn’t be throwing during or after every workout. If you are, then you’ll y should question their intentions or negligence.
