Today, we had the opportunity to send Dr. Anna Eastburn, PT, DPT, and her student Selda Oktay, SPT, to the Appoquinimink School District’s Middle School Cross Country Summer Camp! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ They did a fantastic job teaching young athletes about the importance of stretching, highlighting both dynamic and static techniques to help boost performance and prevent injury. We’re proud to support our community and the next generation of runners! 💪
