📖 Open Books!
A refreshing, feel-good stretch that opens the chest, loosens the upper back, and brings balance to a season full of decorating, driving, and gift-lifting. This gentle rotation helps unwind tightness from holiday hustle and leaves your posture lifted, your spine refreshed, and your movements joyful and free!

🎄 On the eleventh day of Festive Functionality, my workout gave to me:
🦵Wall Calf Stretch!
A soothing release that keeps your calves flexible, comfortable, and ready for the season. This stretch helps ease tightness from holiday errands, long winter walks, and all the festive hustle. It leaves your steps smooth, supported, and full of cheer.

🎄 On the tenth day of Festive Functionality, my workout gave to me:
💥 Serratus Wall Push-Ups!
Activate and strengthen your serratus anterior to improve shoulder stability, posture, and pain-free overhead movement all season long. Stand facing a wall with your forearms planted, core engaged, and shoulder blades gently moving forward as you press away from the wall. Keep the motion slow and controlled to feel that deep, supportive burn beneath the shoulder blades. As you build strength, you’ll notice better control when lifting decorations overhead, carrying holiday goodies, and powering through winter tasks with ease and confidence.
