Meet Nallely, newly promoted Clinic Manager!

Nallely is thrilled to step into her new role at our Odessa clinic on Yukon Rd. She’s passionate about providing the highest level of care to our Guests and making sure her Team feels supported every step of the way.

She’s been part of the WesTex Team for two years, starting as a Medical Assistant before earning her NCT certification. Known as the “Mama Bear” of the clinic, Nallely always goes the extra mile to create a warm, welcoming environment.

We are so excited to see her thrive in this new position. Congratulations, Nallely!

Meet Ami Wilkerson, Clinical Manager at WesTex!

Ami Wilkerson has worked in the medical field for 30 years and is now proudly serving our community at our newest location on North Big Spring Street.

She began her journey as a receptionist at an urgent care clinic. While she hadn’t originally planned to enter the medical field, becoming a single mom led her to seek a steady career to support her family. Over time, she realized that caring for others was something she could see herself doing long term.

After five years as a receptionist, Ami was promoted to the Lab and X-ray department and earned her certification. She later became a Medical Assistant at a family practice before joining the WesTex Team.

Outside of work, Ami is a proud mom to two sons, ages 30 and 24, and also has stepsons and a grandchild. She enjoys traveling and is especially excited about her first cruise coming up soon.

Ami hopes that when you walk into her clinic, you feel welcomed, cared for, and receive the treatment you deserve.
