Now seems like a great time to go ahead and make sure that things that aren’t in alignment with my values and beliefs are purged from my energetic space.

So, in case you were confused as to where I and my business stand- now you know. If you support the narcissistic orange man, or any of the hateful, divisive, cruel, damaging bu****it that he spouts off about, you are very much not my ideal client and you can go right on ahead and unfollow me.

To those in the various communities under threat- know that you have an ally here. I have and will continue to fight for you, for your freedoms and your rights. Stay safe out there.

So many of us learned growing up that it wasn’t safe to have or express our feelings in the presence of others- and those patterns continue to play out for us in our adult lives.

The thing is, we can’t heal in a vacuum. To really heal, we must express our feelings in the presence of another. It is immensely powerful to have your pain be witnessed in loving compassion by another human being. To be able to have your expression and not have someone try to change it or make it stop or go away, to not feel shame or judgement, just loving presence and safety. The amount of peace that comes after having your pain witnessed is truly beyond words.

❤️‍🩹 Our wounds have the ability to become our greatest teachers. I have come to have deep reverence and gratitude for the places I’ve been, as it’s allowed me to grow my capacity to see and hold others in their suffering, and help illuminate their path to healing. 🌅

I’m still human and sometimes I just get triggered AF. But, most of the time, I am able to recognize the trigger and then feel gratitude for it- because it shows me where I still have work to do, where the light ✨has a place to enter.

Learning how to hold space for the authentic expression of emotion, not only for others, but for myself. We can only help others heal to the degree to which we’ve done our own healing work. I knew I hit my ceiling last year. I was burnt-the-f**k-out and I needed a break. I needed to create space for my own healing before I could help others. ⠀
I’ve dug in and done some profound and deep healing over the last year, and I feel so ready to step back in as a lightworker to help guide others on their healing journeys. ⠀

I’m no longer trying to fit the work I do into the box that conventional medicine has defined. I’m here to do really deep work with people who are ready to go all in and heal the mind, body and spirit. ⠀

I have some amazing offerings coming up later this year, but for now, I’m going to soak up all the beauty of this part of my journey. I can’t wait to bring these Breathwork sessions to the community 💕🙏🏻🥰. ⠀
