Let’s walk into December a little softer this year.

Not rushing. Not carrying the weight of everything we think we “should” be doing.

This week is your invitation to pause and breathe to reconnect with what you need as the season picks up its pace and gets busy.

Here are three ways to ease into the month with tenderness:
* 60 seconds of deep breathing before your day begins
* Say “yes” slowly and “no” without guilt
* Protect one small ritual that brings you peace

You don’t have to sprint into December. You can slow dance in.
You can choose peace and calm from the very start.
