This past Friday I was able to help support this strong, beautiful, and empowering woman give birth to she and her husband’s first child. This was also my first non-hospital setting and the experience was amazing. I am forever thankful that this family allowed me to be present during such an intimate time.

Not sure what a doula is, or what they do? This is a great source of information to help answer some of those questions.

A doula provides emotional and physical support during your pregnancy and childbirth. Doulas also help new moms with breastfeeding.

Meet my family! My name is Sarah Warner and I have been married 10 years to my wonderful husband Todd. In those 10 years we have moved away to Virginia while my husband served in the Marine Corps. We have three beautiful boys, Liam, Lucas, and Logan. I have been blessed with the opportunity to be a stay at home mom for the past ten years and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. As my children grow and move onto school it was time for me to figure out what I wanted to do. I have always been passionate about childbirth and breastfeeding which lead me down this path. ♥️
