BSwell Weekly Success Post!!!!!
-Bounce back from a long weekend trip right to the workout schedule on Monday!
-7.5lb weight loss in 1.5months
-made P*P appointment with blood work
-0.5inches lost on waist with a 1lb weight loss
-didn’t eat after dinner x 1 week
-the biggest life change yet: getting a new job that allows for better work life balance/schedule to allow for wellness goals!!!!!
-making it to all scheduled workouts!!!!
-making it to your nutrition sessions!
-added 1 piece of fruit to dinner meals!
-successfully completed 1 workout!
