1. Chase the Light (Even If It’s Tiny)
When the days feel short and heavy, your nervous system feels it too. Even 10–15 minutes of natural light in the morning can gently signal to your brain: we’re okay.

Open the blinds. Step outside with your coffee. Sit near a window between sessions.
Small light shifts = meaningful mood shifts.

You don’t need a full reset. Just a little more light.

2. Lower the Bar (On Purpose)
Winter is not the season for peak productivity. If you’re feeling slower, foggier, or less motivated — that doesn’t mean you’re failing. It might mean you’re human.

Instead of asking: “What’s wrong with me?”
Try asking: “What would feel manageable today?”

Shrink the to-do list. Focus on 1–2 priorities.
Gentle progress counts.

3. Move Your Body — But Make It Cozy
If intense workouts feel impossible right now, don’t force it. Movement doesn’t have to be punishing to be effective.

Think:
• A bundled-up walk in the cold air
• Stretching while watching a show
• Dancing in your kitchen
• 10 minutes of yoga between clients

Movement helps metabolize stress hormones and boosts mood — even in small doses.

4. Add One Thing That Feels Good (On Purpose)
When motivation dips, joy rarely happens accidentally. It often needs to be scheduled.

Light a candle during paperwork.
Text the friend you’ve been thinking about.
Make soup. Rewatch a comfort show.

Seasonal dips thrive in isolation and autopilot.
Intentional pleasure disrupts that cycle.
