This is a really simple recipe that feels good without feeling restrictive.

Hydrating fruit, healthy fats, fresh herbs, and a little protein support can go a long way during this phase.

This summer fruit salad is bright, refreshing, and perfect for warm weekends, pool days, or an easy afternoon snack.

You’ll need:
•2 cups strawberries, sliced
•1 cup blueberries
•1 cup pineapple, chopped
•2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
•1 mango, diced
•1 cucumber, chopped
•Juice of 1 lime
•1 tbsp honey
•Fresh mint, chopped
•Optional: sprinkle of h**p seeds or pumpkin seeds for extra support

Directions:
•Add all fruit and cucumber to a large bowl.
•Whisk lime juice and honey together.
•Pour over fruit and gently toss.
•Top with fresh mint and seeds before serving.

It’s colorful, easy, and one of those recipes that helps you feel refreshed instead of weighed down.💜

Some dinners just feel easier.
This is one of those.

Sweet roasted apricots, savory chicken, warm herbs, and enough protein to actually keep you satisfied afterward (instead of back in the kitchen an hour later).

When hormones start shifting, dinners that combine protein, fiber, color, and enough fuel tend to work better than super light meals that leave you hungry.

Ingredients

For the tray bake
•2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
•8 fresh apricots (or peaches if easier), halved
•1 red onion, sliced
•1 zucchini, sliced into half moons
•2 tbsp olive oil
•1 tbsp Dijon mustard
•1 tbsp maple syrup
•Juice of ½ lemon
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1 tsp dried thyme
•Salt + pepper

For the quinoa
•1½ cups quinoa
•3 cups broth or water
•Handful chopped parsley
•Handful chopped mint (optional)
•Juice of ½ lemon

Directions
•Heat oven to 425°F.
•Toss chicken, onion, zucchini, olive oil, mustard, maple, lemon, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper together on a sheet pan.
•Nestle apricots in around the chicken.
•Roast 30–35 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
•Cook quinoa while everything roasts.
•Toss quinoa with herbs and lemon.
•Serve everything together with extra pan juices over top.

Protein supports fullness, quinoa adds fiber, and meals with a mix of carbs + protein + fat can feel more steady than “healthy” dinners that accidentally leave you under-fueled.

Save this for your weekend dinner list💜

This is one of those things that slowly starts happening.

You wake up feeling normal

By the end of the day
everything feels tight
uncomfortable
off

And you start questioning everything you ate

Most of the time, it’s not one single food

It’s how your body is processing things overall

Digestion changes
Stress plays a role
Food timing matters more than it used to

Once we start supporting digestion differently, this usually improves

If this is something you deal with regularly, it’s not something you just have to put up with💜

I almost said yes to something the other day just so it wouldn’t be awkward.

You know the moment… when someone says “just have one” or asks if you’re dieting, and suddenly it feels easier to go along with it than explain yourself.

It wasn’t even about wanting it. It was about not wanting the attention that came with saying no.

I see this come up a lot with my clients.

Not because they don’t care… but because they don’t want to deal with the comments or feel like they have to justify their choices.

But every time we do that, we slowly stop trusting our own decisions.

It’s not about saying no to everything. It’s about actually choosing instead of feeling like you have to.

A client said something to me recently that stuck.

“I’m scared to even start… because what if I fail again?”

And I get it.

After trying different things that didn’t work, it stops feeling like the plan failed and starts feeling personal.

So of course there’s hesitation.

But what if this isn’t about failing?

What if it’s about not having a clear
structure to follow in the first place?

Something that actually makes sense for your body.

That’s a very different approach.

I've had more conversations than I can count that all start the same way -

"I don't feel like myself anymore"

Not because something is wrong necessarily
but because no one has ever explained what's happening at this stage.

So, we start second guessing - everything.
What to eat
How and when to work out
Why nothing is working like it used to

It's not about doing more.

It's about understanding what's actually happening
and having a better way to respond to it.

One of the biggest shifts I see with clients is when they stop trying to do everything at once.

Because when you try to do everything...
that’s usually where things fall apart.

Instead, we focus on a few simple things that actually move the needle.

Not perfectly. Just consistently.

Because consistency builds trust with yourself, and that’s what creates real change over time.

If you’re feeling stuck, it might not be that you need a better plan… it might just be that you need something simpler.

Midlife doesn't show up all at once.

It's little things at first.
Your sleep feels off.
Your energy is...gone.
You're doing all the same things... but it's not working anymore.

That's when you start thinking...WTH - what's happening to me?

Instead of getting real answers, we're handed a whole list of things to "try."

If this is sounding familiar and you're local, come join us on May 13th 💜

Progress isn’t just about the number on the scale.

The scale can’t tell you:
• how much stronger you’ve gotten
• how your clothes are fitting differently
• how your energy has improved
• how consistent you’ve been
• how much better you’re showing up for your life

But those things?
They matter so much more.

Because real progress isn’t just about shrinking your body—
it’s about building a body (and life) that feels good to live in.

If the scale is the only thing you’re measuring,
you’re missing most of the wins.

Start paying attention to:
• your habits
• your strength
• your confidence
• your energy

That’s where the real transformation happens.

Save this as a reminder for the next time the scale messes with your head—and share it with someone who needs to hear it 💜

When was the last time you felt truly supported in your health?

• Never
• A long time ago
• Recently

Without judgment.
Just be aware.

Because a lot of ladies are trying to figure this mess out on their own…

Piecing together advice.
Starting over every Monday.
Second-guessing every choice.

And it’s exhausting.

Support doesn’t mean someone telling you what to do.

-It means having guidance that actually fits your life.
-It means not feeling like you’re failing every time things get hard.
-It means someone helping you connect the dots—your energy, your hormones, your habits—so things finally make sense.

You’re not meant to figure this out by yourself.
And if it’s been a long time (or never)… that matters.

Awareness is the first step.
And support is what helps you keep going.

Which is exactly why we're hosting the May 13 workshop—so you’re not trying to figure this out on your own.

If you’re ready to feel supported instead of stuck, send me a message. I can help💜
