Who We Are

At CorsoCare, we believe that health care is a basic human right. We pride ourselves in providing compassionate, skilled care and education for patients and their families.

We offer a range of services, from certified and private duty home health care to outpatient rehabilitation services and patient advocacy services.

We utilize a patient-centric medical management model. Care for our patients is a collaboration of all of their health care professionals under the supervision of their primary care physician. As an integral part of the team, CorsoCare’s experienced home care professionals help ensure appropriate disease and therapy management for the short and long term.
