This question comes up all the time for us. The first thing we explain is that going out of network doesn't necessarily mean the care will be more expensive. The in network clinic that takes your $15 co-pay every visit may send you a bill for the rest in 6 months. Even if they don't, if you go somewhere in network twice a week for 12 weeks and they don't solve your problem, was the service even worth your time and money?

We have no doubt that we are worth the price. Going out of network allows us the freedom to empower you to get out of pain so you can focus on what really matters.

Just like the rest of the world, we're having a holiday sale.

Unlike most other companies, we value price transparency as well as high quality, individualized, holistic care.

For a limited time you can buy 3 months of small group training for $400. On top of that, we're throwing in a free personal training/technique session.

For physical therapy, if you buy a package, we will give you an additional session for free. For example, if you buy a 10 pack, you will get an 11th session for free.

That feeling of giving your bladder a pep talk before the Open...

Double unders often appear in the open. Some tips I like to give to women who struggle with p*eing during dubs are:
1) Breathe! Make sure you aren't holding your breath the entire time.
2) Don't try to kegel the entire time you do your dubs
3) Take strategic breaks. For example, if you tend to p*e around the 7th rep, try taking a quick break every 5 reps.

As always, assess, don't guess. If you struggle with p*eing in the gym seek out the help of the appropriate professional.

Give conservative options a chance.

Surgery may seem like the quick and easy fix, but it's not a free lunch. When it comes to knee pain, there are so many conservative options.

Here at Reload, when someone comes in with knee pain we:
1) Get the pain under control while keeping you as active as possible
2) Build up tolerance to the aggravating activities
3) Give you the tools to help you dive back into the things you love
