Our Story
Milford Regional Physician Group, established as Tri-County Medical Associates in 1992, is a large multi-specialty group practice with an emphasis on primary care. Our mission is to provide healthcare services to all individuals in our community with dignity, compassion and respect. Milford Regional Physician Group physicians and advanced practitioners provide primary care and specialty medicine in over 35 office locations within Bellingham, Franklin, Hopedale, Hopkinton, Medway, Mendon, Milford and Whitinsville. The group is principally comprised of primary care physicians including internal medicine, pediatrics, family medicine, and adolescent medicine. Specialists in the group include: obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, pulmonary and critical care, neurology, behavioral health, urology, sleep specialists, ENT, rheumatology, and endocrinology. Together with Milford Regional Medical Center, we form the Milford Regional Healthcare System which aims to provide exceptionally high-quality healthcare services and consistently meet the changing needs of the communities we serve.
Milford Regional Physician Group employs over 100 physicians, 40 mid-level providers and over 450 employees. Many of our physicians hold teaching appointments at New England’s finest medical schools and have received awards for their academic achievements. Our corporate office, located in Milford, Massachusetts, houses our centralized Billing and Coding Department, IT, Finance, Human Resources and Administration. Milford Regional Physician Group has a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record which gives our medical staff the tools to provide outstanding patient care. We also have a patient portal (www.patientgateway.org) where patients can review test results, send secure messages, request appointments and referrals, and make online payments.
