If you’re pregnant (or planning to be), you’ve probably heard the term Webster Technique… but what does it actually mean?

The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment focused on the pelvis and surrounding muscles/ligaments during pregnancy. The goal is to reduce tension, improve balance, and create more space for baby to move into an optimal position.

This isn’t about “turning” babies, it’s about supporting your body so it can function the way it was designed to 🤍

Dr. Mangino is walking through three simple movements you can try during pregnancy to encourage optimal baby positioning and keep your body moving comfortably.

✔ Couch or chair inversions
✔ Supported squats
✔ Figure 8s on a workout ball

Gentle movement can help create space in the pelvis, encourage mobility, and support your body as it prepares for birth.
