Today we took a leap of faith and applied for the Amber Grant for women-owned businesses.

This wellness center began with a very personal mission. When my mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer, I began researching therapies that could support her body through treatment. When I couldn’t find a place locally that offered them, the idea came to build one.

A few months later, Mind, Body & Soul Wellness of Milford was born.

Since opening our doors, we’ve had the incredible honor of watching people in our community come in seeking relief, rest, and healing. Hearing their stories and seeing the difference these services make reminds us every day why this space exists.

Whether we receive the grant or not, we are deeply grateful for the support this community has shown and for every person who has trusted us with their wellness journey.

This place started with one daughter trying to help her mother.

Today it has become Your Home for Healing. 💚
