The sinuses are not being very easy on us these days. Between the weather fluctuating and the allergies coming in heavy this is our go to. One drop
Of each in a mug of hot water and throw a towel over your head and breathe these in !!!! Mug Of No More CONGESTION !!!

Powerful & Natural

Today we venture to make a small batch of Healing Ear Oil.

2 Cloves of fresh garlic peeled and chopped up well, 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil and 4 drops of Tea Tree oil…

Heat olive oil on very low heat and add chopped garlic for 4-5 minutes or until fragrant. Turn off heat and remove from stove.

Let cool completely then add 4 drops tea tree essential oil. It is very important to use a pure tea tree essential oil !!!!

Strain the oil and place in a sterilized glass eye dropper jar and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.

You can reheat your oil by placing the glass jar in warm water.

Drop 1-2 drops oil in ear as needed. Lie on side and gently massage behind ears, about 5 minutes to allow oil to absorb in ear. Use once per day as needed to support ear infections and ear health.
