This means that I consider the big picture to factor in all the elements contributing to the stress being held in your muscles. I work with those who lead active lifestyles (training, biking, running, tennis, etc., i.e. sports massage), those who have stressful jobs/lives (finance, accounting, law, parenthood, caring for aging parents, etc.), as well as those who suffer from migraines and are look
ing for a non-invasive way to eliminate the pain. I taylor each session to begin working on relieving what is causing you the most discomfort that day. To help determine where additional tension spots are, I use a combination of listening to what you say, checking in with you during the session, and my own sense of intuition. I work within Your level of tolerance, which means no pressure that you cannot comfortably tolerate. I'm highly sensitive to what others feel, so it's just as if I can feel the massage I'm giving as though I am receiving it, too. Because of this, I give the quality of massage that I would like to receive if I were the client. Qualifications:
