Listen for two things you can hear.
Then gently bring your attention inward and notice what you feel in your body.

No need to change anything.
No need to analyze.
Just allow yourself to be present with what is.

Sometimes grounding doesn’t require a big practice. Just a few moments of awareness can bring you back into your body and into a more balanced state. Happy Saturday. 🤍
