We recently welcomed Jessie Brady of Love and Light Wellness for a 60-minute Sound Healing session at the Cohen Clinic at Endeavors. Participants were guided through meditation and a restorative sound bath featuring crystal bowls, a gong, and chimes.

Sound healing can support deep relaxation, stress relief, improved focus, and emotional balance - helping restore harmony in both mind and body.

Last week, we were honored to host a roundtable discussion in our community room focused on strengthening mental health support for service members, veterans, and their families (SMVF) across Hawaii and the Pacific.

Representatives from our Cohen Clinic, Endeavors, Cohen Veterans Network, State of Hawaii Office of Veterans' Services, VA Pacific Islands Health Care System, Hawaii Red Cross, Hawai‘i Foodbank, Wounded Warrior Project, NAMI Hawaii, Hawaii Army National Guard, and su***de prevention advocates came together to share insights, strategies, and resources that can expand the network of care for our military community.

The passion, experience, and shared purpose in the room were inspiring - we could have talked all day! It was also a reminder of what’s possible when we work together to support those who serve and their loved ones. Thank you for joining us!
