Dublin EMS Rotations! 🚑🏥
Over the past few weeks, our second years have been hitting the streets with Dublin EMS during 12-hour shifts! We’re so thankful for the chance to learn from EMTs and paramedics and gain a deeper understanding of their role in emergency care. Since we work hand-in-hand during high-pressure moments, bridging the gap between our fields is key! 🩺

Happy Emergency Day! 🚨🚑
Today our program worked together to run through real-life scenarios of emergency situations. These included spine boarding, using ice immersion tubs, and splints fractures. These are skills that we do our best to frequently practice because we don’t come across them on a daily basis.
