I really enjoyed The Outsiders, but now I can’t stop thinking about it and I think it might be one of the best musicals I’ve ever seen. I love it when it sinks in and hits you after.

Yoga in the Orchard will be on Saturdays August 8 & 29 this year. I’ll lead a 60 minute all levels gentle yoga flow in the apple orchard. Before & after class enjoy the orchards, grab goodies and fresh fruit from the Bauman store, and refresh with Ott’s Coffee. Yoga class is $10. Registration information coming soon. I’m subbing Hot Gentle Vinyasa Flow this Saturday (4/18) at Flex Yoga from 10:30-11:30 am. This heated class focuses on flowing in a slow, gentle, intentional way with plenty of time to be still & stretch. It’s in the smaller room at Flex with limited space which means (a) sign up in advance and (b) I’ll have time to give everyone savasana assists 😉.
