We've had several members ask recently about the new "One Big Beautiful Bill"

Here's the scoop:

Can I use my HSA for Direct Primary Care right now?
😬 Not quite… but we’re getting close!

Under current rules (hello, 2025), using your HSA to pay for a DPC membership is still a bit of a legal no-no. You might be able to use it for per-visit charges — but those monthly memberships? Not yet.

But here’s the good news:
Starting January 1, 2026, thanks to a shiny new federal law, DPC memberships will officially be HSA-approved! 🎉
That means more flexibility, fewer headaches, and one less reason to dread insurance red tape.

So hang tight — 2026 is bringing big energy and better options.
