We have our SELF WORTH workshop this Sunday. I am extremely excited to see everyone from the Self Love workshop a few weeks ago. It is 12pm - 1:30pm EST but many time zones are joining, yay!

SELF WORKSHOP SERIES

Are you craving a little more community, confidence, and courage?

You will not want to miss this summer VIRTUAL workshop series happening once a month May - July. Each workshop will be ~75 minutes and will include training, a guided visualization, and reiki! Connect with your heart-space, raise your energetic vibration, ignite your inner spark. Prepare to connect with others on the topic of self-love and prioritizing YOU.

There will be three separate events, Self-Love, Self-Worth and Self-Trust. Attend one or all! They will build upon each other in a beautiful way, and each will be beneficial and magical as a stand-alone if you cannot attend them all. Limited number of spots available, as this will be an intimate event. Led by & Krysta-Lyn.

The workshop will begin with a meditation and journal exercise (please bring pen/paper). Together we will bring awareness to areas from the prior cycle to cleanse/release as well as set intentions to move forward in the new cycle with ease and peace. Class will incorporate the New Moon Flow to dig deep into areas where we hold emotions from the past. Students can expect to feel lighter with a sense of grounding as we move forward to the next cycle.

The workshop will begin by setting a personal intention for reiki healing (can be physical and/or emotional pain/discomfort, a mantra, etc). Yogis will be guided through a restorative flow and sent reiki healing in alignment with their intention. Expect to feel a shift in your energy and an increased lightness to start your upcoming week.
