Feel your breath come in… and out.
No pressure to do it right — just notice it. Let your body catch up with your heart.
Inhale slow…
Hold…
Exhale softer…
You’re not in a conversation right now.
You’re not in a memory.
You’re just here. Breathing. Still whole.
Still you.
Let the ache be quiet for a while.
You don’t have to carry it all tonight.
When you're ready, we’ll talk again.
