📍 Free Family Event in the Historic Third Ward!

The 36th Annual Christmas in the Ward is happening this Friday, Dec. 5 in Catalano Square (147 N. Broadway) from 5:00–8:30 p.m.

Here’s what’s happening:

✨Tree lighting ceremony (6–7 p.m.)

✨Fireworks over the Milwaukee River (7 p.m.)

✨Visit with Santa in Jolly’s Gingerbread House (6:30–8:30 p.m., $5 suggested donation for photos)

✨Live reindeer and costumed characters

✨Cookie sale benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin

✨Food trucks, s’mores, cocoa, cocoa cocktails, wine, mulled wine, and beer

The event is free and open to the public and includes performances throughout the evening by local bands, choirs, and theater groups.

Mother Nurture: Doula & Natal Care is currently in search of postpartum clients to build clientele as we grow. Currently running a promotion of ONE FREE doula package.‼️

Why should you hire a postpartum doula?
Cause too often, in the rush of caring for baby, we forget about the one who just gave birth. The one who is healing, shifting, and holding it all together.

While babies are at the center of the story, moms need to be seen too, because their needs are just as real, and far more complex.

Good morning everyone, Mother Nurture: Doula & Natal Care is currently recruiting any expecting/soon to be expecting moms interested in a photo shoot for our rebrand early 2025!

I would need 4 people for each stage of pregnancy & postpartum- first, second, and thrid trimester and also someone postpartum w/ a baby preferably newborn (0-3).

Please refer any and everyone you may think of!
I get some brand pics & yall basically get a free photoshoot- use it as an opportunity at a maternity shoot lol, I just need yall to show up.🤣
