In our journey through the Heroic Breathwork Workshop, we have been exploring the challenges that lead us to our own call to adventureโ€”the defining moments that shape us as the heroes of our own story. In our group, I opened up about my personal battle with p**n addiction and the struggles of managing sexual desire. As I walked deeper on my spiritual path, I found myself hitting a plateau, unable to move forward due to unchecked compulsive behaviors. My unmanaged ADHD contributed to a cycle of stacking desires, making it even harder to maintain my focus and discipline.

The deeper reason I found myself spiritually stagnant was that my vital essence was being leaked, preventing the flow of Kundalini energy through my body. This depletion made it impossible for me to reach higher states of consciousness, as my life force was constantly being drained. Instead of rising through my chakras, fueling my spiritual growth, my energy was being scattered through indulgence and unchecked impulses. This realization was both painful and liberatingโ€”it showed me exactly what needed to change.

This struggle is not unique to me; it is a universal challenge that many face when seeking spiritual growth. The ancient story of K**a, the god of love and desire in Hindu mythology, provides powerful insight into this internal battle and offers a pathway to transformation. The Myth of K**aK**a, often depicted with a bow made of sugarcane and arrows tipped with flowers, represents the primal force of attraction and longing. In Hindu mythology, he once attempted to awaken Shiva from deep meditation, aiming his arrow of desire at the great ascetic. However, Shiva, in his wrath, burned K**a to ashes with the power of his third eye. This moment signifies the struggle between unrestrained desire and the pursuit of higher consciousnessโ€”a battle many of us face in our own spiritual evolution. Read more..

๐Ÿง˜ Conquering the Mind: A Meditation Exercise ๐Ÿง

The mind is both a gift and an enemy on our journey to becoming better humans and yogis. Overthinking can lead to unwanted circumstances, as pondering decisions or imagining future realities can create stress and anxiety. This affects our bodies over time, leading to the creation of dead cells due to an overload of negative or imaginary thinking.

When we reach a meditative state where life simply passes in the present moment, micro mind tasks effortlessly solve themselves, revealing true purpose and energy.

Practice this exercise:

Sit alone in a quiet space or outside.
Observe your thoughts come and go. Be as still as possible and let thoughts arise.
After 6 minutes, stop thinking altogether and clear your mind. Sit in emptiness for another 6 minutes.
If thoughts arise, make note of them and let them go.
After 12-15 minutes:

โœ๏ธWrite down the thoughts that arose.
Analyze your list. How many thoughts were about the past, present, or future?
Were they negative or positive?
Replace negative thoughts with positive, constructive plans. Use these new thoughts as affirmations to control any unwanted thoughts.

With daily practice, you can train your mind to replace negative thoughts with positive ones, allowing you to adapt to anything happening in your life. This is the art of meditation, bringing us into spaces of accepting the new and reprogramming our minds to work for us.

Give it a try and conquer your thoughts! ๐ŸŒž

The meaning of yoga is simple yet complex because it literally is the unity of all things.

The way we speak to one another, that is yoga. ๐Ÿ—ฃ

The way one develops and adjusts habits, that is, yoga. The way you breathe, that is yoga. The way you dream, that is yoga.

Unity is constantly around us. It isn't until we begin to notice the harmony between self and universe that we begin to transcend past the status quo and into the unknown wonders of our existence. ๐ŸŒŽ

Doing daily meditations help re center ourselves so that we can better understand who we are and where our core values stand.

This protection meditation reminds us that we at any time can pray to protect the ones we love, and ask universe/god(s)/creator for safety and wellbeing of others.

The more you set your intentions the more beauty you can begin to create โœจ๏ธ
