Hope in Motion: A Mental Wellness and Su***de Initiative would and could not have been the same without your contributions of love, support, resources, knowledge, attendance, and care.

You are all part of the family now, so please stay connected.

We were able to provide resources to 147 people. They received on-site talk, sound, and somatic therapy. We also provided sessions of gentle yoga, tie-dyeing, a rage room where they learned kickboxing, a free resource bag, free food, a shirt, and an opportunity to experience Dineen's newly renovated park. We actively engaged in coping mechanisms aimed at circumventing su***de.
