We were thrilled to welcome the NKF Wisconsin team to Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin this afternoon for a visit to the Lifeline Art Exhibit. 🎨

It was an inspiring opportunity to connect, reflect and celebrate the powerful stories that highlight the importance of organ donation and kidney health. We are grateful for NKF Wisconsin’s partnership and their unwavering commitment to raising awareness and improving kidney health across our community.

This Friday from 11:00 AM – 1:30 p.m., we’re honored to host the Transplant Games of America flag right here at Froedtert Hospital.

As a proud supporter of the Transplant Games — and the incredible strength of our transplant recipients, living donors and donor families — having the flag here is truly special. 💙

We invite all staff and visitors to stop by the Transplant Lobby (2nd Floor, CFAC) to sign the flag before it continues its journey to Denver for the national games.

✨ Bonus: We’ll be handing out exclusive Team Wisconsin pins (while supplies last)!

Today, our team had so much fun celebrating Blue & Green Day at the MCW Symposium in honor of Donate Life Week! From bright blues to bold greens, our staff showed up in full color to raise awareness for the life-saving impact of organ, eye and tissue donation.

Behind the fun outfits is a powerful message — one donor can save multiple lives and bring hope to so many families. We are proud to stand together in support of this incredible mission and to help spark conversations that truly matter.

Through the work of Donate Life America, we’re reminded of the powerful impact healthcare professionals have on patients, families and communities every day.

Our Donate Life Committee is helping share that message of thanks by inviting patients and visitors to participate in a meaningful activity—writing thank-you cards to healthcare team members who have made a difference in their lives.
