🧡⭐️🧠 Mindset Monday 🧠⭐️🧡
As we head into this week, let’s softly focus on one intentional shift:
✨ I have to → I get to
Some seasons feel heavy.
Even the ordinary can feel overwhelming.
But when we’re able, when we have the capacity, we practice this shift. 🌿
➡️ I get to take on this beautiful day. ☀️
➡️ I get to choose how I respond, even if I can’t control everything around me.
➡️ I get to control my choices and my interactions.
➡️ I get to move my body and care for my brain. 🧠
➡️ I get to ask for help. 🤍
➡️ I get to grow through what I’m walking through.
➡️ I get to begin again - even today. 🫶🏻
This isn’t about denying hard things.
It’s about remembering that perspective shapes our nervous system.
The words we repeat matter.
They influence our stress response.
They influence our thoughts.
They influence how we experience our lives.
So when you catch yourself saying, “I have to…”
Pause. Breathe. ✨
And if you can, gently shift it. 💗
