Renewed Brain Health is pleased to announce that we have added two new insurance plans to our In-Network list:

💗Reflecting on Year One💗

When we opened the doors to Renewed Brain Health earlier this year, our office plant was small—just beginning, full of hope and possibility. 🌱 Today, it stands taller, stronger, and thriving. It’s a gentle reminder that growth doesn’t always happen loudly or all at once. Often, it unfolds quietly through consistency, care, and time.

As we reflect on our first year, this simple comparison feels meaningful. So much of what we do happens beneath the surface, in steady moments of trust, support, and commitment. Sometimes growth isn’t obvious day to day, but looking back, the change is undeniable.

📣💐Join us in celebrating our favorite ad created by Ms. Singer’s third-grade class! 💐📣

Every kiddo designed a unique and creative ad to describe Renewed Brain Health, but one in particular really touched our hearts. It featured the message: “Find a friend at Renewed Brain Health.” 🫶🏻

When we founded Renewed Brain Health, our goal was to build a space that felt warm, welcoming, approachable, and truly comfortable. During the class visit, one student looked around and said, “This feels kind of like a home.” Hearing that—from a third grader—was the most meaningful validation that we are creating the environment we hoped for.

This ad captured that feeling perfectly. From the snowmen holding hands to the glimmering star details, it radiates warmth, connection, and kindness.🫶🏻

As the holiday season arrives and our beautiful Main Street is hung with garland, it’s easy to feel pressure to do all the things—every event, every tradition, every expectation. But the truth is: the most meaningful moments aren’t measured in hours spent… they’re felt in the quality of the connection. ❤️🫶🏻💚

This year, give yourself permission to:
✨ Prioritize quality time—the moments that fill you up, not wear you down.
✨ Set healthy boundaries—it’s okay to say no, to protect your peace, and to create space for what truly matters.
✨ Offer yourself grace—you’re doing the best you can, and that is more than enough.

✨We had some very special visitors at Renewed Brain Health as part of the holiday ad campaign in Mineral Point! 🎄✨

Third graders from Ms. Singer’s class stopped by our office, and we loved having the chance to share our space with them. Together, they helped us create an “I am grateful for…” poster that will be proudly displayed in our office throughout the season. They also made candy cane crafts—small acts of generosity meant to spread kindness throughout our community. ❤️

The perspective of a child is truly something magical. Thank you, third graders, for reminding us of what really matters and for helping us spread kindness one small act at a time. 🎁💫

At Renewed Brain Health, we are proud to give back to those who were willing to give everything. This event holds special meaning for us — we have a few very special veterans in our own lives who have inspired and empowered us to serve others with kindness and gratitude. 💙

➡️ Join for a meal on Tuesday, November 11th at 11:00AM at Midway Bar and Grill as we sponsor a free cheeseburger and fries 🍔🍟 for the first 25 veterans — giving back to those who have served or are serving.

It was such a fun and rewarding experience to connect with students and be reminded of what it felt like to dream big. ✨

When we started Renewed Brain Health, one of our goals was to be involved in our community and to inspire others to care for their brain health — and today was a perfect example of that in action.
