Social Connection + Physical Movement + Time in Nature = The wholewithlo Well-Being Walk, and you're most definitely invited🫶🏻

Bring yourself (and anyone else!) and get ready to take a walk in nature together…I will also be supplying some "Connection Prompts" for us to use as we mix/mingle with each other during the walk.

Simplicity is key when it comes to health and longevity, and I'm hoping this Well-Being Walk leaves us all feeling more connected, refreshed, and of course 🤍

Hi friends! I’m teaching outdoor Yoga classes this summer/early fall & would love to practice with you & yours.🫶🏻

- Teaching Dates: 6/17, 7/1, 7/15, 7/22, 8/19, 9/2, 9/16
- Time: ***10:00am***
- Location: Lakeview Terrace Park, Robbinsdale MN (***Near The LVT Pavilion/Boat Launch*** & The Farmer’s Market!)

- Class Description: Hybrid Hatha Yoga will guide you through movements to develop strength, flexibility and an overall deeper connection between your body, mind and breath. This hybrid style of Hatha combines traditional and non-traditional postures with occasional fitness exercises to strengthen and open the body in different ways. Modifications and rest offered and welcome.

I caught a glimpse of My Plant one day, noticing how it had began to droop. I proceeded to do what any good plant mom would do - Watered & waited...no change. Moved to a sunnier spot...no change. Plucked the dried leaves...no change.

I was almost ready to give up. “Let nature take its course” I thought. Although, I could try one last thing...

Locating a larger pot & some fresh soil, I began removing my drooping plant from its original home. That’s when I realized something.

My Plant had simply outgrown its space. My Plant - though still alive - began to lose its ability to soak up the water, the sunlight, & all the external efforts I provided it with. My Plant was comfortable, but My Plant had so much more growing to do.

I peeled apart the tangled roots, nestled My Plant into its new space, topped it with fresh soil, water, & sat it near a window. Within days - My Plant began to come alive again. I could almost hear it say “Thank You for this new opportunity to grow.”

My Plant taught me that although it is a privilege to be content & comfortable - you are allowed & encouraged to want more for yourself. My Plant taught me that growth happens when you’ve exhausted all external efforts, & decide to step out of your comfort zone.

I hope My Plant teaches you the same.

Our bodies are more than what they look like on the outside.

Our bodies are intricately created to provide us a life of service.
#
Our bodies work so hard, each & every day to acclimate to whatever we put them through.
#
Our bodies are our home’s. So, be sure to care for them. Nurture them. Speak kindly to them. Fuel them. Move them. And, most importantly listen to them.
#
I am 1 day post Appendectomy! If all goes well, I’m 6 weeks away from being able to move my body in a few of my favorite ways. I’m the meantime, I will be healing my body with love & kindness. I hope you’ll do the same. 🖤
