Setting boundaries isn’t just a personal choice; it’s a fundamental aspect of maintaining your mental well-being and nurturing your relationships. Dr. Dan Kessler delves into the significance of understanding your personal limits and articulating them effectively. By doing so, you can significantly alleviate stress, ward off the overwhelming feeling of burnout, and foster more meaningful and healthy connections with those around you.
