Hey y’all, we’ve got something new at the apothecary, and this one right here is a winner! 🫶🏾

Our new Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Hummus is homemade and full of flavor, roasted red peppers, garlic, chickpeas, cumin, paprika, parsley, and lemon. It’s delicious, vegan, and super healthy packed with protein, fiber, and antioxidants that support digestion, heart health, and energy.

We’ll be serving it up with fresh mixed vegetables for dipping the perfect quick, clean, and satisfying snack from our grab-and-go menu.

This one was so much bigger than the last — we served about a thousand people! 🙌🏾 My heart is full. Thank you to our beautiful community for showing up with so much love and support. 💚

This Thursday, October 30th from 3–6 p.m., join us at Natural Me Apothecary (707 42nd Ave N, in the parking lot) for another FREE Produce Giveaway 🍅🥕🥬🍎

We’re so grateful to be doing this in partnership with The People’s Market Minneapolis, Metro Food Justice Network, Route 1, and the Northside Epicenter 🙌🏾 and a HUGE thank you to the wonderful folks at Route 81 who grew all this amazing produce with so much love for our community. 💚

With everything going on in the world right now, it’s a blessing that we can come together and share healthy, fresh, local food. Myself and all of our partners are happy to bring this to the Northside—now we just need YOU to come get it!

Hey loves 💚 This Thursday, October 30th, we’re giving away thousands of pounds of fresh produce again and I’m looking for a few volunteers to help make it happen! 🙌🏾

We’ll need support anytime between 11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., but the first few hours (11:30–3) are especially important to help unload the trucks. Even if you can give just a couple hours, it makes a huge difference. You’ll be helping prep, pass out produce from local farmers, and really support the community during these times. 🌱🥕🍎

If you’d like to volunteer, drop a comment here or shoot me a message so I can get you scheduled. Let’s come together and bless our community with good food and good energy. 💪🏾✨

🌟 Yesterday was nothing short of amazing! We did a huge produce giveaway at Natural Me Apothecary and the community showed UP 💚 Fresh, local food straight to our people—that’s what it’s all about.

Biggest THANK YOU to the volunteers. You are the prize! The way you showed up and supported means everything.

And to my partners: Davone with The People’s Market, Marcus with Route 1, the Black Business Epicenter, MFJN 💪🏾 (a true powerhouse for food justice in Minnesota), and the superwomen who grew all that produce—you are phenomenal.

And to my husband—the backbone of every project I do—thank you for carrying this with me.
