Let’s Talk About Fiber (and Why It Really Matters) 🥦✨

Have you heard that colon cancer rates are rising in young adults? If that worries you as much as it does me, there’s something simple (but powerful) you can do to support your gut and overall health: Eat more fiber.

But not just any fiber—you need the right mix to keep digestion running smoothly, support detox, and feed the good gut bacteria that protect you.

Most people only get about 15g of fiber per day—but we need 25-30g! 😱 The good news? Small changes add up.
