Vital Center Nourishing Life Arts is a healthcare project founded by Jake R. Believing the best type of healthcare includes both clinical services and health education, he offers the best in Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture, Herbalism, Tuina, Food Therapy, Qigong, & Lifestyle Counseling) and strives to reconnect community members with their "vital center." Everyone is capable of living longer, more vibrant, and fulfilled lives, and Vital Center also offers a full curriculum for the study and practice of life nourishing arts, including: self-massage, qigong, healthy eating, seasonal living, tea drinking, herbal first-aid, and the study of daoist philosophy. Jake is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Licensed Massage Therapist. He is a qigong practitioner of many years, a tea drinker, and Chinese philosophy enthusiast.
