We’re proud to recognize Jackie Pruitt, our outstanding Lead Concierge, as this month’s Employee of the Month! Jackie is one of the most conscientious and dedicated team members you’ll ever meet. She’s always aware of everyone’s needs — from residents and staff to family members — and often has things ready before you even realize you need them.
Jackie is a true multitasker, an excellent staff trainer, and the go-to person for anything and everything happening at Lakehouse. Her commitment, organization, and warm personality keep things running smoothly every day. She truly is the hub of activity — always ready with a smile, an answer, and a helping hand.
