Wow, now just imagine if we were to approach other human beings in this manner, with this kind of openness, and assuming that, despite their anxieties and withdrawal, and even maybe sometimes irritability, that we think most likely this amazing person that is just scared, has walls,worries, or just unsure. If we gave them more time to adjust.

I’m not talking about staying in abusive situation’s by people who are obviously set on hurting you. Unfortunately, I need to clarify as that’s all that down people wily hear in this.

But I mean, whether were online or in person, starting from the space that this person is probably really amazing and I don’t need to attack them. I don’t need to reject them I might even find out if I’m gracious and slow to react and respectful of their space, I will likely empower them to open up and the fullness of their beauty and awesomeness.

All right, another question for y’all I am down in bed a lot, I can’t read a book right now and I need distraction from my pain sometimes cause it’s painful and also lonely and isolated…

So Ben suggested that I try audiobooks which I’ve never done because sometimes I can’t really listen to music or anything but at this stage I think I could and I think he’s right, but I have no idea what a good audiobook would be right now and he’s recommending fiction sense when I get my brain going with something intellectual, I can’t just keep it calm ha ha.

If you have really great audiobooks that you love, let me know cause I would love to check them out.

Ok y’all know I do love BEAUTYCOUNTER and they do have amazing eye creams but no really powerful serums.

I turn 50’this month and it’s like my eyes got the memo haha! That and laying on my face all day doesn’t help.

If you know of a powerful eye serum that works in real time, like in the moment/fast acting, takes the puffiness and aging look away… send me that direction cause DANG! 🤣

Y’all know it’s been a watermelon summer for me, but this is possible my favorite way to make watermelon something extra!

One of my favorite summer treats is this watermelon, dairy free ricotta and rosemary olive oil infused salad. ricotta is my goto for this and is simply perfection.
