Hello everyone! I started on the #keto diet close to 3.5 months ago when I decided it was time to take my health back. I have always been up and down with weight and fitness. There would be months I would go hard in the gym 6 days/week then I would just stop. I will be 43 in September and 3.5 months ago when I took on this change I knew it was going to be a “lifestyle”, not just a phase in my life. -
I have to say that I have never felt better, had more energy or been more excited about where this has taken me! I have made the decision to take a Health coaching class to take me even further on this journey. Like many of you out there, I am EXCITED about life again! I love to eat and sweets were always one of my kryptonites, but since being #keto I haven’t had any sugar cravings, at all, and it’s amazing. Anyway, I have to say that I LOVE seeing all the positive posts, the amazing food posts and all the happy people in the #ketodiet family. Please feel free to follow me as I continue on this awesome path! -
