We are so excited to welcome Dr. Sierra to the Revival PT & Wellness team! Sierra earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Missouri State University and brings her passion for helping people move, feel, and live better to every patient she works with.

As a former athlete, Sierra knows what it’s like to be on the other side of rehab. Her personal experiences have shaped her collaborative, compassionate approach to care.

There’s nothing wrong with these lifts — they’re solid strength builders.
But if you want to improve your swing speed, distance, and control, you need more.

Golf is a rotational and power-based sport.
If your training doesn’t reflect that, you’re leaving performance (and distance 👀) on the table.

✅ Instead, try adding:
• Med ball rotational slams
• Scoop tosses or banded rotations
• Anti-rotation core work (Pallof press, dead bug holds)
• Hip mobility + thoracic spine drills
• Power-based lower body movements (split stance jumps, trap bar deadlifts)

Train like you swing. 💥

After two back-to-back births, Nang was struggling with bladder urgency, leakage, and fear of leaving the house without knowing where the nearest bathroom was. But through pelvic floor PT, she’s now leak-free, confident, and in control again 🙌

You’ve seen this warm-up. Heck, you probably do this warm-up.
But are you actually doing it right? 👀

That quick twist before teeing off? Many people crank through their shoulders with zero hip or true thoracic spine movement — which does nothing for your golf performance and can actually feed into back/shoulder pain.

✅ Key things to focus on:
• Rotate from your T-spine
• Use your hips to develop the power.
• Don’t just go through the motions — move with intention
