Women’s pick up HOCKEY!!

All right, my chics with sticks! Please join me on Thursday evenings at 8:15 at the Bloomington ice Garden for a little super fun icetime.

This is beginner to intermediate hockey for fun only. As long as you can skate, you’re welcome to come and play. This is not a league and you can just drop in anytime as long as you pre-register.

Shareese specialize in therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, pre and post natal, and trigger point therapy. Her passion for helping others achieve optimal wellness and keen understanding of the human body make her an expert therapist.

Today, I'd like to introduce you to our newest massage therapist, Sean.

Hailing from Maryland, Sean found a passion in massage therapy in 2019 after leaving a physical therapy program. Following the mantra of "I want to help people, not treat patients" he specializes in what he self-terms rehabilitative massage therapy, focusing on resolving any tension or other issues a client may be experiencing. Communicating with the client and using his anatomy knowledge to identify and resolve issues is Sean's specialty. And nothing makes Sean feel better than a client's sigh of relief as they explore their feeling of release after a massage.

Sean works Tuesday through Friday, 1pm to 6pm.
