New class this week! Vinyasa with Liz. Free class this Wednesday, 7:30pm-8:30pm that moves into a weekly session that focuses on strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. This is an inclusive class, catering to practitioners already familiar with vinyasa and to newbies to the practice.

Next week!! Start the new year off right with a free vinyasa class with Liz on Wednesday, January 7, 7:30pm-8:30pm. In this class, we will break down yoga postures and enter an accessible vinyasa flow that builds heat and releases into deep stretching. Everybody (and every Body!) is different, and this class will honor practitioners’ unique needs in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Postures will be synchronized with the breath, with an emphasis on building strength and increasing flexibility. Vinyasa newbies and experienced practitioners are welcome to join this fun, active, and dynamic flow! This will become a weekly class, every Wednesday 7:30pm-8:30pm, beginning January 14.
