I gotta be honest, “diet culture” is not my thing. My weight fluctuates and whenever I obsess about it, life is not fun. I won’t count calories, carbs or wiegh my food. However, I am excited about adding SIMPLE and EASY healthy habits to my day because I know when I do that I look and feel better! And sometimes we just need the EASY reset.

That’s why I am THRILLED to share with you that Arbonne has recently launched a protein shake that is a true meal replacement (contains avocado oil, 24 grams of vegan protein, lots of essential vitamins and can help with weight loss) that tastes DELICIOUS and just requires a simple add of water and or water/ice.
