Golden Valley was the clinic's first location, established in 1997 is located in the same building as Minneapolis Plastic Surgery. The Golden Valley location is located near the intersection of Highway 100 and Highway 55 (also known as Olson Memorial Highway). 4825 Olson Memorial Hwy #201 Golden Valley, MN 55422. Our Maple Grove location is situated on Main Street near Arbor Lakes shopping center next to Chipotle at 7748 Main St N. Maple Grove, MN 55369 #763-494-9939. Our newest location, established in 2016 is off 494 and Bielenbery Dr. in Woodbury. That address is 755 Bielenberg Drive #104 Woodbury, MN 55125 #651-444-1020.
