We’re celebrating Kathleen, who’s heading home after a great few weeks of rehab here at Careview!

Kathleen joined us following complications from a prior surgery, and through her hard work and the dedication of our therapy team, she’s made incredible progress. She’s pictured here with Christina, our amazing Director of Rehab, on her way out the door with a big smile and even bigger accomplishments!

When Deb first came to us, she was referred for hospice care, but her story took a wonderful turn! After deciding to move forward with a rehab stay instead, Deb worked hard with our therapy team and made amazing progress.

We’re thrilled to share that she has returned home and continued her journey with outpatient therapy right here at Careview!

We’re so proud of you, Deb. Your determination and positive spirit inspire us all! 🩵
