We all know Paulie was an organ donor hero. Two years ago, he saved 5 lives and changed countless others as a registered organ donor. September is National DMV Appreciation Month when we recognize the vital role of DMVs and Driver License Partners (DLPs) in saving and healing lives. The importance of this simple registration cannot be understated! DMV staff ask customers the donor registration question every day. Our DMV partners are the people on the front lines of service who have helped more than 165 million people across the country register their decision to be a deceased organ, eye and tissue donor. I'm excited to share an in-person event I'm doing with Dana of called Pilates Night Out. We're combining forces for an evening of mat Pilates, community, and streamlining your fitness goals. Dana will lead a mat class with community and cocktails after. I will lead an open discussion on goals and what gets in our way. We will explore a variety of tools for achieving and maintaining fit bodies and healthy lives.

As I mentioned, this is an open discussion and I hope to do some on-the-spot coaching! Register for only $15 and bring a friend for free. There’s a reason, on flights, that they tell you to put on your oxygen mask before you help anyone else.

You’re no good to the collective if you’re not tending to your own basic needs.

This is why tending to your own self-care is one of the first steps to up your productivity.
