Being pregnant has forced me to slow down, rest more than I’m used to, and really be alone with myself. Honesty, it's been hard at times.

But in the quiet moments, I’ve started to notice and appreciate the little things so much more.
I’m learning to embrace the slowness and to meet it with curiosity instead of resistance. Creating life is so magical, and I'm beyond grateful 🌿🤍

In a distance session, Reiki is sent remotely with the same intention and care as an in-person treatment. All you need is a quiet space to relax and receive.

Whether you're feeling anxious, emotionally heavy, physically tense, or simply needing a reset, Distance Reiki can help bring calm, clarity, and balance.
