There is something powerful about being in a room filled with leaders who carry the responsibility of serving others well. This week, our Executive Director, Jamie Adams Rindal, had the honor of attending the invitation only Great Leaders Conference hosted by the Gianforte Family Foundation for Christian nonprofit executive directors across Montana.

This gathering was designed to equip and encourage nonprofit leaders through practical training, leadership development, and meaningful collaboration with other Christian executive directors serving throughout our state. From breakout sessions focused on strengthening nonprofit leadership to conversations around shared victories and challenges, this conference created space for growth, wisdom, and connection.

Leadership can often feel isolating, especially in ministry and nonprofit work. Opportunities like this matter deeply because healthy leaders help build healthy organizations. Jamie returned encouraged, challenged, and inspired with new tools, fresh perspective, and renewed vision for the work happening here every day.

We are incredibly grateful for partners like the Gianforte Family Foundation who invest not only in organizations, but also in the leaders who steward them. Their commitment to strengthening Christian nonprofits across Montana is creating lasting impact in communities throughout our state.

Watching what God is doing in the lives of these women never gets old. One of the incredible next steps after completing the program at Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest is TCMI (Teen Challenge Ministry Institute), where students continue growing deeper in their faith, leadership, and calling.

God is moving in bold and powerful ways through lives that once felt broken and hopeless. Transformation is happening right before our eyes.

Our 4th Annual Co****le for Hope is happening July 12th at the Glacier Outdoor Ice Rink at the Missoula Fairgrounds and we are looking for businesses, churches, and community partners to become official board sponsors.

This event benefits the women and children at the Missoula Women and Children’s Campus of Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest. Every sponsorship helps provide safe housing, recovery support, discipleship, counseling, life skills, and hope for women fighting to reclaim their lives from addiction and brokenness.

There is something powerful about watching women rediscover joy.

Our Life Renewal team building outing was filled with laughter, teamwork, trust, communication, and moments that reminded us healing is not always found in the big things. Sometimes it is found in the ordinary moments most people overlook.

To see these women surrendering their lives to God, learning to trust again, encouraging one another, and finding genuine happiness in simple experiences is beautiful beyond words.

Recovery is more than breaking free from addiction. It is learning how to live again. How to laugh again. How to connect again. How to feel safe again.

What a night.

Our Humor and Hope Girls Night Out was truly something special. The room was full. The laughter was contagious. The joy in the room was electric in the best way.

And Carolanne Miljavac exceeded every expectation. Her ability to bring humor, honesty, and hope together is a gift, and we are so grateful she said yes to coming to Montana.

To every woman who showed up, invited a friend, laughed, listened, and leaned in, thank you. Nights like this remind us that community matters and that hope is powerful when we come together.

Because of you, hope is being placed within reach for the women in our program as they fight for freedom and restoration.

We are continuing to raise support for our second quarter, and every gift helps us provide a safe place, resources, and life changing care for the women we serve.

A night where laughter is loud, stories are real, and hope is quietly doing its best work behind the scenes.

Where women show up as they are and leave a little lighter, a little stronger, and maybe with mascara slightly ruined for all the right reasons.

I WON’T be doing this dance live bc real me’s joints don’t move as smooth as my AI knees do. People don’t just struggle with addiction… they struggle with pain.

No one wakes up one day and decides to lose everything.
There’s always a story behind it.
Something unresolved.
Something heavy.
Something that hurts.

Addiction isn’t usually the problem.
It’s the solution they found… to cope.

To quiet the anxiety.
To numb the trauma.
To escape the pressure, the shame, the weight of life.

And for a moment, it works.

But what we don’t heal… we carry.
And what we carry will eventually begin to carry us.

That’s where the cycle begins.

At the Missoula Women and Children’s Campus of Adult and Teen Challenge, we don’t just help women break free from addiction.

We walk with them as they heal.
As they rebuild.
As they rediscover who they were created to be.

We are growing, and with that growth comes a deeper responsibility to serve women and families with excellence, compassion, and truth.

At Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest Missoula Women and Children’s Campus, we are a Christ-centered, long-term residential recovery program dedicated to helping women break free from addiction and step into lasting transformation. Our approach is holistic. We address the spiritual, emotional, and physical aspects of recovery through discipleship, clinical care, vocational training, and community.

Because of this, we are looking for an experienced Licensed Addiction Counselor to join our team.

This is more than a position. It is a calling to walk alongside women in some of their hardest and most courageous moments. It is an opportunity to bring clinical excellence into a space where faith, hope, and healing are at the center of everything we do.

Our team is passionate, mission-driven, and deeply committed to seeing lives restored. You would be working in an environment where collaboration between clinical and spiritual care is not only valued, it is essential.
