I'm launching a Nervous System class!
We'll practice the art of attuning with your inner world, and developing real, enjoyable, daily habits that keep you connected to the earth mama.

There are so many books, podcasts and classes about well-being these days - so why choose this?
For one - it's in person! Yay, humans! The nervous systems deserves to be physically in a room with others - it is SO aware and attuned in ways we barely notice. Being in a room with real people, and embarking on concrete, embodied practices, will give space for some real shifts.
Secondly - I bring 20+ years of studying the nervous system. And I've looked at it from many different angles:
A huge influence has been my 20+ year career working with children (they can't guard like adults do), along with yoga, ayurveda, meditation, mindfulness, conscious communication, earth connecting shamanism, herbalism, Possibility Management, Hand in Hand Parenting, ADHD, my own journey as a parent, music, relationships and communication, nature, craniosacral therapy and intuitive energy healing, breathwork, my own personal journey with anxiety, and the work of Brene Brown, Gabor Mate, Kimberly Johnson and Peter A. Levine.
This class won't attempt to unwrap all of my work, but you'll get the clarified and well-rounded version! And it will be personalized for YOU - the participants - based on what shows up in our space together and what is needed. You might just find the right lens for your journey.
Lastly, I'll meet you exactly where you're at, full of connection, listening, empathy and safety. I've been teaching these concepts to preschoolers (and older kids) for many years. I make this work approachable, simple (yet deep), effective, tangible, and with so many personalized baby steps.

Befriend your Nervous System
* Simple and nourishing approaches to connect mind and body
* Explore what is meant by "nervous system regulation" and "feel your feelings"
* Movement, breath, meditation and insights - a little like yoga, and some
* Real healing of "stuck spots" through guided intuitive movement. * Learn to feel and allow your body to release tensions (emotional, physical, energetic) the way that only your inner wisdom knows how to do
* Experience immediate relief through shifting attention into the body, and long-term well-being through re-wiring our habits that regularly unsettle the nervous system
* A 6 week class series to provide tools, exercises and knowledge to reduce anxiety and the effects of stress:
* Sundays; 4:30 - 5:45pm
* May 3 - June 21 (no class Mother's Day or Memorial Day weekend, and we can work around Father's Day if needed)
