At our most recent retreat, we had a workshop where we talked about how to be your BEST self in all areas of your life.

All the ladies wrote down the following...
✨
1) Their qualities when they feel like they are in alignment and being their “best” self. (Examples would be spiritual, easy-going, helpful, etc.)
✨
2) Qualities of their “anti-self”... examples would be stressed, angry, selfish, etc.
✨
3) Triggers that can create an “anti-self” emotion.
✨
The ladies were then encouraged to become more aware of these triggers and refrain from reacting negatively. Instead, they would channel more positive qualities that make up their best self.
✨
We are human and thus, are reactionary people meaning that we respond emotionally without thinking about the consequences. In order to be your BEST SELF, you have to become overly aware of how you react to triggers!

How can you show up as your BEST self this week?
✨
