Our gratitude for is truly heartfelt this year. ✨
Their support helped nourish our Meal Support Circle and made 5% Day a beautiful success for our community.

When local partners invest in wellness, everyone benefits. 🌱
Thank you, Moonflower, for helping us bring connection, good food, and care to Moab.

Check out the love note of the day! 🎵

Back in May, at the Thrive Moab Health & Wellness Fair, we partnered with Celia — our resident Word Wrangler — to create a space where folks could record a love note to their future, thriving selves.

Six months later, these messages feel even more meaningful. What would your note to your future self say?

Here is Sky’s love note to Sky, shared with permission.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more reflections from community members who took part in this project.

As the season settles in, we’re keeping things cozy, connected, and full of movement. ✨

If you’ve been needing a place to stretch, slow down, or just connect with others in community — we’ve got a full week of classes you can drop into whenever it feels right.

Chair yoga, tai chi, trauma-sensitive yoga, gratitude practice, recovery movement… a little bit of everything to help you feel supported.

Every class is by donation. No pressure, no expectations. Just community, breath, and a moment to reconnect with yourself.

If you want to join us, we’d truly love to have you. 💛

Thank you, Seekhaven, for welcoming us into your space, supporting shared programming, and standing with us to expand access to wellness and connection in our community. Partnerships like this remind us what collective care can look like.

Gratitude Spotlight – Breann

💫 One small daily ritual that helps you feel grounded or grateful:
“Every morning, before I dive into the day, I take my dogs for a walk. Moving my body and breathing fresh air before anything else helps me arrive in the day more grounded, steady, and connected to myself.”

🤍 A person, place, or community in Moab that fills your cup:
“I’m incredibly grateful for the women at USARA. Through my internship this year, I’ve had the privilege of spending a lot of time with them, and they’ve become a source of support, laughter, and true encouragement. They cheer me on and remind me I’m not doing this work alone.”

🕊️ A moment from this year that reminded you of your purpose:
“Recently, I wrote a letter to a judge advocating on behalf of a population I care deeply about. The judge honored the request. It reminded me that advocacy matters — that speaking up can create real change, and that nothing changes if nothing changes.”

💛 One act of kindness—big or small—that meant a lot to you:
“The other day, someone stopped me in the grocery store and told me how grateful they were for the Wellness Collective and that participating had helped them improve their life. It came at a moment when I was feeling discouraged, and it reminded me why this work matters.”

🌱 One intention you’re carrying into the new year for your own wellness:
“My intention for the new year is to choose love and positive growth — for myself and for the Wellness Collective. I want to keep expanding in ways that are grounded in compassion, community care, and the belief that healing is possible.”

Each November, we highlight the facilitators who bring their heart, wisdom, and care to the Wellness Collective. Today, we’re celebrating Celia — a gifted communicator, coach, and facilitator who helps our community find confidence and voice in meaningful ways.

Here are Celia’s reflections for Gratitude Month:

💫 One small daily ritual that helps you feel grounded or grateful:
“Checking in with someone on my ‘Square Squad’ — this is something I learned from Brené Brown. You take a 1 inch by 1 inch square piece of paper and write the names of one, two, three, or four folks you trust deeply to tell it like it is. These are go-to friends, colleagues, true allies who will be honest with you and whose input you can receive and integrate. I check in briefly with one of them every day, even just for 5–10 minutes.”

🌿 A person, place, or community in Moab that fills your cup:
“I’m so grateful for the local farms in our community, where I can buy locally grown fresh food. Thank you to Easy Bee Farms, Castle Valley Farms, Moab Homegrown, and the new Green River Honey Bee Farm for filling my cup and my plate!”

✨ A moment from this year that reminded you of your purpose:
“Co-hosting the Storied Self story slams this year really reminded me that I find great joy in supporting others to find their voice and share from their hearts in authentic and irresistible ways. I feel this often in my communications coaching practice, but the Slams really feel great too!”

🤍 One act of kindness—big or small—that meant a lot:
“Seeing the way our community is coming together to support folks impacted by food insecurity — especially how the Our Village Community Center’s program used (now expiring) grant funds to pay farmers for their food and offer it to families for free. What an amazing gift!”

🕊️ One intention you’re carrying into the new year for your own wellness:
“To choose three words each day that embody what I know I need or want to think/feel/believe/do. It helps with my focus and reminds me of what I need a little boost of!”

Celia, we’re grateful for your voice — and for the way you help others find theirs.

Gratitude Spotlight – Katie 💡

Each November, we honor the facilitators who bring care, presence, and healing into the Wellness Collective community. Today we’re celebrating Katie, who guides our Rolf Movement Series — a space where grounding, mobility, and mindful embodiment meet.

Here are Katie’s reflections for Gratitude Month:

💫 One small daily ritual that helps you feel grounded or grateful:
“Getting my dog out for a walk first thing every morning.”

🌄 A person, place, or community in Moab that fills your cup:
“Navajo sandstone.”

🧡 A moment from this year that reminded you of your purpose:
“In dealing with some personal health challenges this year, it has helped me empathize more with my clients in helping to facilitate their own healing journeys.”

🤍 One act of kindness—big or small—that meant a lot to you lately:
“Friends helping me decontaminate all of my personal belongings.”

🕊️ One intention you’re carrying into the new year for your own wellness:
“I’m working towards maintaining a positive outlook and being patient with the process of healing.”

Katie, thank you for the way you model gentleness, resilience, and embodied care — for others and for yourself. We are so grateful you are here.

Join Katie in the new year for the next Rolf Movement Series.
