If you’ve been needing a moment to pause and truly reset, this is your invitation. Join Sam for 90 soothing minutes of breathwork, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and sound bath—a gentle space to unwind, soften, and return to yourself.

It doesn’t matter if this is the first time or you’ve joined us, or if you’ve been before, each session offers a new layer of calm, connection, and renewal.

Today is Random Acts of Kindness Day! This is your reminder that small moments of kindness, offered freely, can shift the tone of someone’s entire day. Here are a few ways to share kindness that are rooted in everyday life:
💛 Leave a kind note somewhere public — a library book, a community board, a coffee shop table — where someone might stumble upon it when they need it most.
💛 Support a local artist or small business by sharing their work, writing a thoughtful review, or simply saying thank you.
💛 Offer practical support — a ride, a meal, an errand — to someone who’s carrying a lot right now.
💛 Take a moment to learn a few words in someone else’s language as a way of saying: you belong here.
💛 Give your full attention to someone today. No multitasking. Just presence.

Kindness doesn’t ask for recognition. It asks for intention.

So many ways to drop in, move a little, rest a little, or just be around other humans.

Chair yoga, tai chi, community yoga, ear acupuncture + soundbath, recovery-based yoga, a book club rooted in rest, and even a Fun Friday with coffee ☕️
Stay as long as you’d like.. Bring a friend or come solo. All are welcome.

These offerings are here to meet you where you are. Just space to breathe, move, and reconnect.

We’ll explore how perception shapes alignment through the head, neck, and spine, and gently investigate ways to release habitual tension that can limit ease and movement. Subtle shifts here can have a meaningful impact on how the whole body organizes.
