Part 2 of a 4-part Rolf® Movement series — join us for one class or all four!

Join Katie this week we focus on SI to Spine, exploring the sacroiliac joint as an important bridge between the lower body and the spine. Through guided movement and awareness, we’ll explore ways to restore functional movement and bring more harmony and fluidity to this relationship.

Each class stands on its own while also building toward greater ease and coordination over time.

This practice supports stress relief, mental clarity, and genuine restoration, making it especially nourishing during the winter season when our bodies are asking for slower, gentler care.

We’ll explore support from the ground up, discovering how the feet connect through the pelvis to the spine, and how improved balance and coordination can help relieve low back strain and support more comfortable movement.

January is almost here, and our new Wellness Collective 2026 calendar is live. This month is filled with opportunities to move, rest, reset, and reconnect—through ongoing classes and a lineup of intentional workshops.

Our January workshops are here to support rest, awareness, and intentional change. From Rolf Movement and Yoga Nidra to Candlelight Yoga, Herbal Meditations, and Radical Rest, each offering is donation-based, accessible, and designed to help you slow down with purpose and feel supported in community. 🕯️

Our intention is simple: bring people into community, offer multiple pathways to care, and make health and wellness accessible to everyone. All classes are free or by donation, open to all bodies, and designed to meet you where you are.
