Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do is slow down enough to truly rest.

Join Massey this Sunday evening for Yoga Nidra, a gentle guided meditation practice often called “yogic sleep.” With little to no movement, participants are invited into a comfortable resting position while being guided through practices that help quiet the mind, release tension, and support deep relaxation.

No yoga or meditation experience is needed. This class is open to all and is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, stretched thin, or simply in need of a softer landing before the week ahead.

Come as you are. Rest is welcome here.

Mental health is part of all of our lives, whether we talk about it openly or not.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month and Wellness Collective’s third anniversary, Amanda wrote a thoughtful reflection on mental health, stigma, community, and the importance of caring for one another.

Move, breathe, and find your rhythm ✨

Join Maja for Vibe Yoga! An all-levels vinyasa class set to upbeat, feel-good music. This practice weaves together strengthening and stretching poses with intentional breath and movement, creating space to reset, reconnect, and move with ease.

We’ll begin and end with a short meditation to help you settle in and leave feeling grounded and refreshed. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, this class offers a supportive space to move your body, clear your mind, and enjoy the energy of community.

The first of our free summer movie series kicks off next Friday with an early Mother's Day moment 🎟️💐

Take your mom on a date to watch Freakier Friday on May 8 at Swanny Park. The movie starts around 8:30 P.M. Popcorn will be provided. We recommend bringing an extra cozy seat (a throne if you have one 👑) and mom's favorite candy to make the night special.

The first Arts and Ag market of 2026 is happening before the movie, so make it a full celebration and buy your mom the perfect gift from one of our local artisans or vendors.

Intro to Mind is a 9-week series with Dana focused on getting to know your own experience, through rest, movement, and awareness.

Over nine weeks, we’ll explore:
• finding steadiness in busy or uncertain moments
• understanding how thoughts move through the mind
• softening rigid ideas about who we are

This is a shared space to practice, notice, and be human together. No experience needed.

If you’ve been needing a moment to pause and truly reset, this is your invitation. Join Sam for 90 soothing minutes of breathwork, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and sound bath—a gentle space to unwind, soften, and return to yourself.

It doesn’t matter if this is the first time or you’ve joined us, or if you’ve been before, each session offers a new layer of calm, connection, and renewal.
