Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do is slow down enough to truly rest.
Join Massey this Sunday evening for Yoga Nidra, a gentle guided meditation practice often called “yogic sleep.” With little to no movement, participants are invited into a comfortable resting position while being guided through practices that help quiet the mind, release tension, and support deep relaxation.
No yoga or meditation experience is needed. This class is open to all and is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, stretched thin, or simply in need of a softer landing before the week ahead.
