Do you ever find yourself worried about your next meal? Or, when you are eating a meal, are you worried you won’t get enough or that someone else will get more than you?

When you are under-eating or restricting, food seems scarce. You may not get enough at this meal so you need to be planning and making sure you get something at the next meal. Or when you are so obsessed with the right and wrong way to eat or things to eat, you find yourself obsessing about all of your food choices.
How do we combat scarcity mentality? How can we teach ourselves that - there will be another meal, there will be more food, there will be enough, it will be ok. How do we not over-eat or under-eat in such a way that causes scarcity mentality?
