🚨🚨🚨 next year I will be getting my color authority and design authority cert as well as taking extra barbering classes to get barber added on to my license AND going to the Redken exchange and Redken symposium! Exciting things happening next year for sure!!! I am excited to take all these classes and bring back so much new knowledge to the salon! That being said I will need your support! These classes can be a little hectic. So I am asking for you to pre book your appointments ahead of time. Especially with the holiday season approaching everything is going to be so busy for the both of us. So let’s make sure we both remember to reserve your next therapy session with me before you leave 🖤 *also my messaging system is now on the fritz again so bare with me as I try to figure it out. Let’s talk about salon culture. I’ve heard that phrase thrown around a lot. And I wasn’t sure what it meant tbh. But I can tell you that MY salon’s culture is love. It’s laughter and big mama bear hugs after a bad day. It’s your whole team rooting for you while you’re at a power lifting meet. It’s your bosses checking up on you after you had to put down your 17 year old dog. It’s being weird with your coworkers unequivocally. Our salon culture is about education in all its forms regardless of what feral activity I bring into the office, I know my bosses are going to support me. It’s the encouragement to do better and be better even when I’m feeling less than. The salon culture at Genesis is like none other. It’s true Christian love. And there’s no place I’d rather be.

I’m SO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT I WILL GET TO GO TO THE SYMPOSIUM IN DALLAS!!! I literally could not have done this without my amazing clients and support system. This is a HUGE opportunity for me.
